Tango Alchemie

Festival Tango Alchemie has brought over 600+ social dancers from 35+ countries to Prague each summer solstice for the last 9 years to celebrate the music, dance and culture of Argentine tango.

Prague’s largest event for Argentine Tango began in 2007, and has since become one of the most unique and sought after festivals in the world.

The festival has been under the auspices of the Councilor for Culture of the City of Prague, and of the Embassy of the Republic of Argentina for the last 7 years.

Based on the idea that Tango is a perfect human alchemy, our festival has become known for its grand color-themed galas, live music, top DJs, and world-class teachers and performers.
